Eight product families, printed and sewn in one place
We started with caps and canvas bags, then added cut-and-sew apparel as clients began asking for complete products rather than printed panels. Today the same floor produces hoodies, tees, jackets, pants, kids' wear and team sets — with decoration kept in-house instead of subcontracted.

Ten ways to put your logo on a garment
The same artwork behaves differently on cotton, polyester and canvas — and at different quantities. We test on your actual fabric before bulk and recommend the method that gives the best result at your order size, not the one that is easiest to schedule.

Heat transfer (HTV)
Cut vinyl applied by heat press. Single-colour names, numbers and small marks. Crisp edges, fast turnaround, no setup cost.

Silk screen printing
Plastisol, water-based and discharge inks. Lowest unit cost at volume with a small colour count; opaque on dark fabrics.

Sublimation print
Full-colour, edge-to-edge graphics on polyester. No colour limit, no plate cost, permanent fastness. Used for all-over prints and jerseys.

Digital direct-to-garment
Photographic prints printed straight onto cotton. Unlimited colours, soft hand-feel, economical for short runs and sample orders.

DTF transfer
Photographic prints on cotton, canvas and blends with a stretchable finish that survives repeated washing.

Embroidery
Flat, 3D puff, chain-stitch and chenille. Digitised in-house for caps, chest logos and sleeve marks.

Puff & high-density
Raised three-dimensional ink with a soft rubber feel. Popular on streetwear chest prints and hoodie backs.

Silicone & raised rubber
Matte elastic silicone with excellent stretch recovery. Used on performance wear and stretch panels.

Foil & metallic
Gold, silver and holographic foil bonded to an adhesive base. High-impact accents for logotypes and numbers.

Flock & glitter
Velvet-touch flock or glitter finish for a tactile, premium surface on names, numbers and crests.
