Sampling & pre-production
A pre-production sample is made in your fabric, colour and decoration.

- Measurement sheet with tolerances
Approval & sign-off
You approve three documents: the sample, the colour swatch and the measurement sheet.
- Signed sample retained as the golden reference
- Colour approved under D65 lighting
- Deposit invoice and production slot confirmed
Bulk production
Cutting, printing, sewing and finishing run to the approved standard.
- Weekly progress photos with unit counts
- Mid-run inspection report
- Print and sewing defects logged and corrected
Inspection & export
Final inspection against AQL 2.5, then packing, carton marking and export documentation.
- AQL 2.5 final inspection with photos
- Packing list, carton marks, commercial invoice
- Booking confirmation and tracking reference
What we measure, and to what tolerance

How the order is written
Incoterms
EXW Shenzhen, FOB Shenzhen or CIF to your port.
Payment
30% deposit, 70% against the inspection report.
Lead time
7–10 days sampling, 12–18 days production for apparel and bags, 18–25 days for caps.
Shipping
Sea, air or express. We work with your forwarder or introduce ours.
